Data collected and purposes

• Newsletter: your e-mail address, to send you the En Roue Libre newsletter. Subscription and sending are handled by our provider Kessel. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.
• Contact and appointments: the information you send us by e-mail or through our booking tool (TidyCal), to answer your request.
• Audience measurement: only with your consent, visit statistics via Google Analytics (see “Cookies” below).

Your data is never sold or transferred. It is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose pursued: until you unsubscribe for the newsletter, three years after our last exchange for contact requests.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent to audience measurement. Declining is as easy as accepting, and your choice is kept for six months.

• Choice cookie (erl_consent): stores your decision. Required for the banner to work, it contains no personal data.
• Google Analytics (_ga cookies): set only if you accept, to count visits and understand which content is read. Data may be transferred to the United States by Google, under the Data Privacy Framework.
